Funtimes Magazine was losing readers to a flat, blog-style layout. I redesigned the entire experience around editorial immersion: story flow that keeps readers scrolling, discoverable categories that surface content naturally, and a publishing structure that makes every issue feel curated, not dumped. The magazine reads like a magazine now.
