System Story
LVMH's highest-value clients needed a digital space that matched the exclusivity of the relationship. I designed an invitation-only portal where product allocations, digital provenance passports, and concierge interaction live inside a controlled, membership-aware environment. Every element signals access and trust. The experience feels private, premium, and intentional.
Impact
