Three user roles, five disconnected tools, and daily communication breakdowns. The school needed one system that served everyone without overwhelming anyone.

System Story

Communication was fragmented across email, paper, and disconnected tools. I built a role-aware portal that gives students, teachers, and administrators exactly what they need in one interface. Students see assignments and progress. Teachers manage coursework and communication. Admins get operational visibility. No more chasing updates across five systems.

Impact

Eliminated 5 disconnected tools. All stakeholders now operate from one source of truth for the school day.
