The World Resources Institute coordinates climate action across a massive global coalition. Their data was scattered, progress was hard to measure, and accountability was difficult to enforce. I built a platform that makes sprawling climate work legible: initiative tracking, carbon metrics, coalition progress, and cross-organization reporting in one operational interface.
