Hunger Task Force runs a massive operation: food rescue, community distribution, urban farming, and policy advocacy. But their digital presence didn't reflect the scale. I rebuilt the platform to show the full operational picture. Donors see where impact lands. Partners see logistics capacity. The public sees a credible, well-run organization doing practical work at scale.
